Great for a lower price
The skirt looks like the picture and arrived in perfect condition. It's unlined and made of thin material, but doesn't see through. It's okay for $11, but I'd probably be pissed if I paid the previous price of $26. Wearing it with leggings would be cute, as would a cool skirt for my teenage daughter.
