Useless ...!!! - my new rating
Very impressed with the quality and looks exactly like the photo, lovely little dress. However, the sleeves are so tight in the underarm area that I couldn't even try to squeeze her hands into them. Couldn't even put it on.

- The tie on the sleeves was too tight...almost couldn't get it over my medium sized arms for a child...didn't use it...
