This dress is hanging charmingly on a hanger. The fabric is very light. Icy Lime Green is the perfect summer colour. My daughter is petite 10-12 (slim and a little lanky but not tall). Size 10-11 hits just above the knees but the waist is almost modest, hitting the hips. It's also baggy so it looks a little baggy on her, but it's comfortable to wear. (But due to the fit, it doesn't look like she's dressed properly for the outing.) The wood detail on the tie is very cute and pairs well with light cotton. However, the tie is attached so we air dry the dress to keep the wooden beads out of the dryer.
