I'm NOT a knife expert. All I know is that I finally need a new set of quality knives. Recently my family was visiting, they were cooking and they complained about the knives I had, so I decided to buy them. I'm glad I did. They are sharp, work much better than my old knives and are just top quality. They aren't too heavy. They come in a large gift box, but the box is not very convenient to store as it takes up much more space than is required for storage. If you have a lot of extra storage space I think you could use a storage box but I would probably prefer the one that comes with a better smaller storage solution. However, considering the knives themselves, I definitely give them 5 stars.
