When renovating our cabinets we wanted to add door and drawer handles. Like many manufacturer-supplied cabinets, ours didn't have handles, which led to some difficulty opening and scratched surfaces (and, I'm told, some broken nails). I didn't expect to pay home or business center prices for our rather large kitchen. I was pleased to find that the Ravinte 5 inch case pulls Revain. While the knobs feel a little light, once installed they feel just as solid as they did in the bathroom, which I paid a lot more for. The satin nickel finish is smooth to the touch. feels good and looks attractive against the white finish of the cabinets. I like that the design is very streamlined with no gaps for dirt to get on your fingers. They should wipe off easily. Grips previously I used a Ravinte installation template (purchased separately from Revain) which comes with an appropriately sized drill bit for drilling the mounting holes. The handles are 5 inches long overall BUT the outer shaft of the handle protrudes 1 inch at each end outside of the bracket this means the screws are 3 inches apart. So if you are replacing existing knobs they will only work with 3" center mounting holes. Toilet k - if you like them, you can save a lot of money compared to other options. I don't know about the durability yet, but I can't imagine they wouldn't hold up well with normal use in the home kitchen. My neighbour, who is very picky about these things, likes ours so much that she buys these black pens. for your bathroom!
