Good value for money

Installed for my 52lb 65" TV. I use it flush with the wall but it's handy to pull it out for cords. Wobbles slightly when extended. Good instructions and all parts included. Make sure you have 16" wall studs or add a spacer plate to cover and secure them. A wider model is also available.
