Review on 🍴 Premium Stainless Steel Rosle Roasting Fork with Ergonomic Hook Handle by Kristin Anderson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Frying fork for the rest of your life

When you are young, buy the cheapest kitchen utensils. It's difficult to find money for everything you need. But eventually you get tired of replacing broken spoons or struggling with forks that aren't strong enough. And you prefer to buy things knowing you'll never have to replace them. At this point you are ready to invest in Rösle. We have had two Rösle products for five or ten years: a kitchen ladle and a frying spoon. Both look like new. They're more functional than beautiful, but built like tanks. If I hit the counter with one of these objects, I'm pretty sure the counter would crack before the Rösle machine makes a sound. The same goes for this roasting fork. This is heavy stuff; I could use it to hold a large, bulky roast in even the most precarious of situations. It's big and hefty, but also comfortable in my small hand. It's very long (almost 14 inches) so it can even be used on an outdoor grill. And without embellishments, it cannot be washed in the dishwasher. I cook a lot - have you noticed how many of my reviews are of cookbooks? - and without a doubt I would turn to this roasting fork first.
