These things are awesome. cats love them. Not only are they great in a litter box, alone or inside as a liner, but also in a bed. All cats love to sleep in it when it's empty and also use it as a scratching post. It holds up very well as a scratching post and bed. The only downside is the litter mode and if you don't put enough litter in and urine spills on the floor, the clumpy litter will stick to the floor which isn't flat, leaving wet litter in the grooves. So I drop them when the bottom gets awkward, but it takes a while. I have several cats and I don't treat them as often as you might think given that they are paper. But they are great and even if I switch to that stainless steel litter box I was considering I will continue to buy them as cats love to sleep in them. These are 3 packs and when I buy them I use 1 as a frying pan and the other 2 as beds that are set up around the house. They're better than boxes because they don't have flaps that can be left on or cut off. And when the 1st gets angry, the cats are only in bed. And then I order more. I have also tried larger sizes of this type and while they are just as strong and what not, they are larger and wider and do not fit as a liner in a litter box but cats still sleep in them. Normal size is the best in my opinion as it is better for traveling than liner and cat bed, it can be placed anywhere in the house and won't disturb.
