The connecting ring broke after the first use

I clean at home so I needed a vacuum cleaner that could be used on stairs, fans and ceilings. This vacuum had all the necessary features for my needs, but the connection ring for the main hose broke in half after using it once. Since I can't replace the part, I had to buy an emergency vacuum for my business, which means I have to work 9 hours extra to replace this vacuum. It was really disappointing.
