Disappointed with tools and equipment

I have only used this item a few times as I have a tire that deflates over time. After about the fifth use, the tip detached from the device and was still attached to the tire valve. I've put it back in place but it keeps disconnecting when the device is removed from the tire valve. I have responded to the "Contact Seller" option and have not received any response that I see. In addition, the option is now removed from the item in the shopping list, leaving only the option to call back. All I can say at this point is that I'm very disappointed because the item appeared to work well while it lasted, but its durability and claim of durability just doesn't add up, at least not for this subject. write such a bad review but it was money down the drain.
