I'm 5'4" 182lbs and they fit great although the black lining material doesn't compress, I think I could have gone for M instead for a better fit, the outer fabric feels very light The back pocket is very small in case you want to use it for your wallet or phone, it's bigger for a key or bills, the side pockets are not that deep, rear towel loop, very thoughtful design detail especially now that you have to carry to the gym with a few towels.
