Love it! I bought this as a general purpose kitchen knife. This knife comes razor sharp out of the box and holds its edge very well. I use it almost every day and have had to sharpen it about once a month with a diamond and ceramic whetstone and then I will use a leather belt to buff the edge. I used to work as a product specialist for a well known knife shop so I have very discerning tastes and this knife hits the mark in every way. I'll add that you'll want to hand wash it instead of throwing it in the dishwasher. Nothing ruins a knife handle worse than washing it multiple times at a time.
