Overpriced knife. - Seafood tools
The handle feels uncomfortable, the knife tip is too thick. I've been cleaning for 5 years now, this knife is no better than the $20 Dexter Russell I use now. I don't understand what "elite" is in this knife. Put in showcase tbh.
