Review on Filter Kit Dyson DC25 Models Generic by Brandie Zhang

After reading the reviews I decided to take a chance and buy a non-factory replacement part. 2 months now. later my vac. just stopped, the motor was running but i couldn't hit the vacuum. We heard a chunk rumble inside the sphere and lo and behold, the chunk on the NEW filter just fell off. It was a red button. When pulled off, the spring jumped out and was lost. The only reason I know it was spring is because we kept the old filter just in case. We disassembled the new filter and put in the old spring and noticed how thin the plastic is compared to the Dyson original. Now it works but for how long and I'm lucky I didn't damage my expensive vacuum cleaner. Needless to say, I'm ordering a factory part today. I hope it helps
