Turns out a bit too big.
These boots were so cute my son loved them. He's 4 and I bought him a size 11 to match his other wellies and then we're too big, they might fit a size 1 so maybe a size down if you're looking for a snug fit. He's still running and playing in it, I think he just has more time to grow in it, so I'm not disappointed.
