Review on Cabinet Handle Kitchen Modern Brushed by Adrian Summers

Questions about quality and support, but still a worthwhile buy

Problems:1. As you can see in the video, 1 leg out of 30 had a wobbly leg that stays wobbly no matter how hard I try to tighten the internal set screw with an allen wrench. The thread does not have to be factory correct.2. The photo shows the attached connecting screw broken in the other handle. I knew the screws were flimsy just by looking at them, but I used power tools because I'm too lazy. Big mistake! So head to the hardware store to get the right quality machine screws and no problem after that. However, I can't break it even with channel lock. Strange.3. These people are not directly available for customer service. The only support available is through Amz and Amz offered me $5 for my issues. However, at $5 I only get 1 lot from the cheapest (other) seller and I actually have less than 2 lots. That's why I didn't accept the offer. It would make a lot of sense if I could return those two and get two new ones - there are no dice here. No option. The only option is to remove all 28 good ones and reset the entire set of 30 and I won't do that. Now if you use the right quality mounting bolts hold them tight and you won't be able to tell the difference even though they are 2x lighter than the exact same sizes in the big stores. Each is $5 in major department stores. So if you buy 30 at this price you can count. I'm giving 4 stars because everyone should be able to afford one or the other bad one and still be ahead in terms of numbers. Just don't use the long screws that come with it (or use elbow wax instead of power tools). Understandably, short screws work much better because they experience less torque. Buy new long mounting screws. Much luck.

Pros
  • Excellent price
Cons
  • The list will be long.
