Excellent for the money

I have a good set of Wustof knives which I sharpen on blocks when needed. I was told not to waste money on an expensive boning knife so I found this one. The steel is thick and sharp. The handle does not slip and fits well in the hand. Ideal for trimming pork thighs, ribs, poultry and brisket.
