My daughter just turned 4 and loves it. She carries it with her. Cannot be carried as it is small. When you put on the bandage, the tiara will slide back and you won't be able to see it. It looks like the tiara should reach the forehead, but it doesn't. The quality is really bad. You have to assemble it and I thought it would break (but it doesn't). I would pay $1 for it at the dollar store but $10 is ridiculous. The only reason I kept it was because my daughter's birthday was the next day and she loved the mermaid look the moment she opened it. Pooh.
