1) Great wall mount, good design, well made and easy to adjust. 2) The description of the device and the distance from the wall are a bit misleading as it all depends on the spacer you may need. Shown at 2" from the wall, I had to use the largest spacer that fit my Sony 43" X800 H. This increased the distance from the wall to almost 3 inches. 3) Disappointed with the accuracy of phone support. Yes, they answer the call quickly, but I was first advised to use a smaller pad, which didn't work. I believe that the supplier's data must be very precise in terms of compatible TV requirements. I would buy the device again.
