Cute burs for foot, manicure and nail care

These burs fit my e-file and work great. I haven't used all of them but I like the ceramic bits. I gave them 4 stars because there is no table or anything these bits are for. This is my first experience so a little diagram would be helpful. I ordered them for 3 with round heads that I like to use to get rid of the dry skin around the nails. Some others are so small I don't know what they are for. Although they have beautiful colors
