I cannot describe my first impression enough. The knife was of course sharp, but it came in a bundle in a very nice box with a magnetic lid. The manual was complete and easy to read (unlike many others). The document has everything you need to know including how to sharpen a knife. It also came with a dust-free knife cloth. All precautions regarding use and care have been taken, which is nice. The handle was comfortable and very well made. Given the price quoted, I'm very satisfied. If the knife only lasts a few years, it's worth it.
