Very expensive replacement and comes without screws
This is a very expensive piece of plastic that is used to attach a very expensive quartz sleeve to your UV filter head. My quartz case broke and I accidentally threw it away. Also, no screws are required for mounting to the UV head. I've done my best to match it with my local Ace Hardware. For $15, I'd really like to have two screws with me.
