These are the worst manicure tools I have ever seen. Many of them are sharp where you put your hand and blunt in the places you want them to cut. They are all scratched and definitely not stainless steel as advertised. They're also plated with some kind of silvery metal, and I'm guessing base metal underneath. A gift was the fact that the metal blisters in certain places and they are too light to be stainless or solid steel. I'm a jeweler and I understand metals. I also used my jewelers loupe to inspect every detail that came with this set and was shocked - it looked like a drunk 5 year old was polishing them with a machete. I know the difference between such scrap and well made precision polished tools - in my shop we have to do that. Everything in the description of these tools was 100% wrong and I believe all your good reviews here are also fake. on my photos you can see from your skin tongs how badly polished they are, especially since i put my own german stainless steel skin tongs in the photo with yours. and that piece for picking the ears in the photo is really heavily covered with something. none of your tools has a stainless steel engraving either, but scissors have a stainless steel stamp, which means nothing. The instruments also have different colors, which means that they are different mixed metals. They have the best tools in the dollar store
