The quality of the frames is excellent. They are very durable and fold down easily for getting in and out of bed. This might be the kind of bed frame I have, but it's a bit tricky to tie and then align the mattress when assembling. I suspect it would be easier if you had a frame with a solid wood base instead of slotted ones. For a frame to be reliable against a violent toddler, you definitely need to buy at least three. Two won't hold up if your little one leans against them. Changing the bed linen will also be a bit more of a challenge. All in all, it protects your baby while sleeping, just requires a little extra work.
