Very easy to replace, ideal for small aquariums, keeps the water clean. It is also very easy to rinse out if necessary. Comes in a handy 5 pack to keep you going for a while. No coal dust to worry about little things, just take out and put in a new one. Recommended for small tanks but not for large tanks over 5 gallons.
