Review on 🏞️ Bona Pro Luxury Vinyl Flooring by Justin Zilinskas

If I could give zero stars I would. The product arrived broken. I assembled the handle before realizing that part of the mop was broken. Now I can't take the pen apart to send it back! I have contacted bona directly and am waiting for a response. I will change my rating as soon as I get an answer to my question about how to send this back. Update: Spoke to the supply depot. Unfortunately the mop cannot be disassembled so I had to send them photos. They sent me a new mop for which I am very grateful to them. Five stars for the supply store's customer service. The mop is faulty. The nozzle doesn't always work, which is annoying. The mop itself gets 2 stars.
