This keyboard sucks! I got it to replace my worn out OEM Surface Pro 4 keyboard. It needs to be charged first. The guide is then on a website whose video doesn't always connect so it took me hours to watch. If you can understand the instructions from the bad accent in the video, you can finally connect it with Bluetooth. Once connected, everything was fine except for the fact that I'm pressing keys that don't print the letters I'm pudding. The touchpad does not register your touch and has its own intelligence. It will remove suggestions, add them where I never said to add them, etc. There is no function lock and my main work program uses all function keys. You have to manually press "fn" and then the desired f key. This keyboard has cost me more time and frustration after a week of trying! It's coming back and I'll be buying one direct from Microsoft! Lesson learned!
