DOA. No combination of wires turns it on.
I followed the quick start guide exactly, then got a different cable and swapped them end to end. I even tried a laptop USB-C cable. Nada. It is not powered by a laptop. You must use both cords, so an extra outlet. Seems awkward. It has a glass panel, high quality weight and appearance. If it worked. My first and last Innocn product.
