I love my Eufy. I regularly service my devices. At Yufi's weekly service, I removed the wishbone and placed it on a garden table to finish cleaning the wheel assembly. I did this outside to keep dust and hair from spreading throughout the house. In doing so, however, I shook the table just enough to allow the rod from the paper towel to roll over the table and into the gap between the concrete deck and its brace. Do you have any idea how small this crack is? How are the chances?! I've tried everything but pry the clip out to get to it and didn't have a magnet strong enough to pull it out. It was easier to just swap out the wheel assembly. I have two spares just in case. He does exactly what he is supposed to. Can't say it's not original. Thank you for my replacement. I love my Yufi.
