This is salvation!

First of all let me state that this is NOT a wooden box. There are some reviews that give it a low score for this reason, although the title says it's canvas (canvas is a type of fabric, not a type of wood), the description also says it's made of fabric multiple times! Not once, when I looked at an item before buying it, did I get the impression that it was anything other than a fabric storage box. You can even look at the picture to see that it is actually fabric. So for anyone downgrading this for not being wood, don't be mad at the product for not taking the time to look at what you are buying. In that respect I think it's great! I only bought two as I wasn't sure how much I would fit under our bed (we kept extra items underneath). We have a large bed and it fits four, maybe five underneath. I filled one with three fleece blankets that you knit on the sides, four regular fleece blankets, a pillow, and two Snuggies. (Although it's a little tight.) They're not top quality, but they're only $11. However, as long as you don't overstuff them and open and close them carefully, I see no reason why they shouldn't last long. You will receive two pieces of cedar that fit into some loops inside the container. Over time the cedar loses its scent, to fix this simply take a piece of sandpaper and give it a quick rub to freshen it up. Yes, cedar is supposed to smell like that :) I plan on buying another one or two depending on how much we have left to stock after I fill up the ones we have. Update: I've had them for almost 8 months now and they're still fine. I haven't had any problems with broken zippers or breakage. One thing I would like to point out is that it's a lot easier to put rugs under the bed if you (carefully) turn them plastic side down.

Pros
  • storage and organization
Cons
  • poorly thought out
