Oh my god I wish I had bought this system years ago! I have several dogs in a large yard that is not fenced. For years I have struggled to train dogs where there is a limit and prosecute dogs who have misbehaved. Even the most well-behaved dog is tempted to chase after squirrels or to lure people who call them out of those confines. My yard is too big to put an underground wire, it would be expensive to protect the territory I also want to give them. This remote fixed EVERYTHING! My dogs quickly learned where to go. If they approach you will be warned NO. If they didn't listen and went too far, they got a change, the duration of which you control. I literally had to make adjustments maybe 3 times and I haven't done that in months! The collars are charged every night and this is part of the morning ritual of waking up and putting the collars on before going outside. The LED lights that can be turned on remotely are amazing because I can see where my dogs are at night. You can even use the light to see if you need to walk your dog at night. Someone has described these collars as a remote controlled arm so a correction can be made and that is exactly what it is. My dogs have learned when they hear the beep on the collar (again with remote control) that it's time to go inside. It's good!
