THIS IS A GREAT TOOL AND THE ONLY REASON I GIVE IT 4 STARS IS BECAUSE THE LEVER IS NOT AUTO SUPPORTED. I HAVE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS SEVERAL TIMES BUT I CANNOT FIND HOW TO RAISE HAND. BUT OTHERWISE IT HELPS IN THE CARE PROCESS. MY DOGS 17LBS/7LBS.
