I deliberately waited to write a review until I'd used the chopping boards for about a month to get an objective opinion on the quality. In general I am very happy with them. They have grooves on the bottom to keep them from sliding on the counter, which was an important feature for me. I also needed them to be lightweight and stand up to everyday use. They are very light and flexible which made me nervous at first as I thought they would break easily with daily use. Not the case at all. I used them several times a day, every day with very sharp knives. There are a few small nicks on the green board but nothing major and it takes 2 seconds to clean them. I would definitely recommend her.
