I bought three packs which I ordered as the company wanted me to be so I'm 36B so I ordered the medium. It's difficult to put on and take off, but it really fits like it's supposed to. I've also noticed that it makes me aware of my body's position, it's just a slight sensation that doesn't interfere with using a bra. I bought it for work as I'm always on my feet and I felt like more support would be better when I'm working and always moving. This product is great. I also live in Pennsylvania, we're a couple of states that have all four seasons, so wear and tear is always an issue. I recommend this to everyone, not just runners or athletes, this bra really helps in more ways than shown. Great work on the product.
