*UPDATE* I made another light and took before/after photos!

So my car is getting older over the years and the headlights have started to get a dull yellow coating which for a car is pretty gray hair and wrinkles. I didn't want to pay $$$$ for new lightbulbs, so I started watching videos on how to clean film at home. There were all kinds of stupid, lengthy processes involving sandpaper, toothpaste, plastic and tape to protect the paint, special kits and fatalities. Okay, I'm making that last one up, but seriously, that was fun. Many of them consisted of multiple steps, and many of them took more than a day to complete. Then I saw a "How MOMMA Repairs Headlights" - seriously, I knew from the title I'd turned into a weird YouTube space, but the thumbnail looked legit, so I clicked on it and I swear she did made it so easy. Simply wipe the light with Mothers Cleaner, buff for a few minutes and wipe off. No multi-step actions, no waiting until the next day, no peeling of the painted surface. I realized what the heck was coming here on Amazon and bought this kit. I don't have a buffer but the guy in the video said you can use a drill bit and I have a drill. It worked CRAZY well! My headlights seriously look new. They sparkle and shine. I'm so mad I didn't take a picture before. And it really was as easy as they said. I didn't seal or cover anything, I just put on latex gloves, smeared this stuff onto the light and left it for a few minutes while I put the nozzle on the drill. Then I polished and wiped it down. Something flew off and fell on the paint, and I wiped it off too - it didn't harm the paint. I then pissed everyone off by having everyone go outside and look at the headlights in the cold, but they were still impressed. If you look at the picture next to the product name, it shows all the buffer heads. I used the big giant in the top right corner. Also, I've used some of the smaller ones to polish and polish some of the things around the house that are old and encrusted, although I couldn't wash and reuse them. I'm sure there might be a way, but I used soap and water and let them air dry and they were just clumps. For the ridiculously good job this kit did with my headlights and saved me hundreds of dollars, I don't care if I have to throw them away after use. Costs. Everyone. a penny UPDATE 9/18/19: So I just went out and polished the lights and this time took pictures. They weren't as gossamer and yellow as the first pair I made, but the lights definitely got foggy and twitchy. Another hit with the same mom's bathroom that was always in the pantry.
