I used this wire to make a 5 foot alternator to battery wire for my upgraded 2008 Mustang GT alternator 250 amp . This cable was easy to cut with the correct wrap around round cable cutters, the jacket was easy to remove/cut with the correct 1 set crimping tool to fit the supplied 5/16 spade lugs (easily grind to size for generator pole gaps). , incl. heat-shrink tubing from the cable lug to the cable was perfectly shaped with a hair dryer, and the finished cable showed up perfectly after assembly (the supplied plastic corrugated protective film was used at the friction points). Great set worth every penny!
