I didn't expect this to work as I have a similar one that I bought from Sally. However, after sitting in the bathtub and bathing my dog with foam, I gave the file a try. Wow wow fantastic work! I was so sure I rushed to do the other leg and it smoothed out very quickly! My hands didn't hurt before cleaning, which happens with my other one. Maybe 2 minutes brushing and viola. The pumice stone was of poor quality as it crumbled when cleaned. It did the job but won't last long. All in all $9.99 was a good deal as I am happy with a file.
