This is mainly to warn anyone with installation issues to check the visor to make sure you've selected the right one. Each official hjc visor has an engraved model on one of the corners. To make sure you need it, first check what's on your helmet. I have cs-r3 with hj-09 visor so i ordered it in smoke. I receive a product that didn't take long and the packaging says hj-09 (great, right?). The visor itself immediately looks too big, so I think what the heck. I take the visor off my helmet and put it on a new one, it's about 2cm longer top to bottom. I couldn't find any information about Revain. Trying to speak to some of these third party sellers over the phone in person isn't always easy so I checked out my new helmet and there is an hjc number in the brochure which by the way has excellent customer service. . I call them and inform them of the problem and they tell me there should be a number engraved on the visor of my helmet (which I had no idea) and he did hj-09. I also check the visor I bought and it says hj-12 (bingo) great thanks hjc. How it got mislabeled I don't understand, but human error is possible. I just want this to be known, even though most people know that the visor has a model number engraved on it. If you didn't know this will hopefully help you choose the right visor more easily and also if you are wrong (like me) it will help you to find the reason why it doesn't fit. So check the visor yourself, regardless of what it says on the box, and it must have the same number as your helmet. I added photos so you can easily see how they screwed up.
