Update: So I wear it almost every day and I really like it. He's still shedding like crazy but I've washed and straightened him with Redken and he's soft! It's just not soft in its natural state. The brown strands I mentioned melt away when you straighten them. But overall I like it. What I love about this product is that it is full from top to bottom. When I took it out of the box it was very smooth. There was no unpleasant smell, it smelled like hair. What I don't like about my hair is that it often falls out. To be honest it sheds more than any hair extensions, wigs etc I've ever had. It's really busy so I don't think it will be a problem if it thins out for a while. This is normal, but the ends will quickly become tightened unlike the rest of the hair. This hair was very, very orange when I took it out of the box. For example level 8. Hair 613 is usually level 9. There are a few brown highlights in the hair, in my experience these are synthetic highlights. After washing, "smoothness and shine" disappear. May I recommend this product? Yes, it serves its purpose. Will I buy again? Yes
