These cameras turn off every day and need to be unplugged/plugged in to reset them. Not so happy with them now! This is not a WiFi connection, it appears to be a camera malfunction. I will not buy them again as they have a 12 month guarantee. But can't get her to replace her. Too bad there is no support, otherwise the camera worked. Exchange now for a new camera from another manufacturer! IE Geek cameras seem to work with no issues! SV3C technical support is synonymous with not! !Bought this camera to replace my old Phylink camera and it works great! It took a bit of work to set it up with Windows IE first, disable the P2P setting and turn on the wireless settings when connected via an ethernet cable. I unplugged the direct cable and restarted the camera and everything works fine. Very clear picture. In Blue Iris you can set the alarm type including object, size and time. Really reduces the number of false alarms to almost zero! Blue aperture and camera work great together! Now I'm ordering more wireless 5MP cameras.
