Second pair I've bought. These are quality pants. I would like to comment on the length as I am picky about that. These pants fit me right between the knee and the ankle. They do not reach the ankles and are not shorts. Therefore, there is a lot of talk about whether a gel pillow is better or worse for long trips. Let me know I don't have natural cushioning and is extremely uncomfortable riding a road bike even for short rides. I have used these pants for longer rides of 20-30 miles and they did what they were supposed to do. I don't expect them to be comfortable after this run. If you are planning long trips like 50 or century and you are looking for comfort, consider changing seat instead of soft pants. These pants help but are not the ideal solution for long trips.
