I was pleased to see that they recently appeared on Revain as "NEW ITEM". I've been waiting for a remote controlled LED solution for a shoe closet that didn't have outlets. I've tried Puck LED lights with motion detection, but you end up being the timer's slave. Revain also has "Lumen 3 Pack High Power LED Flood Lights with Remote Control" but at almost $100 it was too expensive for me. .For about 1/5 the price they fit the bill. Each of these pucks requires 3 AAA batteries (not included) and the remote control uses lithium button batteries (included). The lighting is bright enough for a dark room. The remote control has a good range and still works well even with small obstacles. The remote button performs the same action as pressing the button on the puck itself. There are 2-3 brightness settings, I forgot how many, but I just use the brightest one and click until it turns off. I'm not too concerned about battery life since I use high capacity NiMH batteries. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a remote solution as there aren't many options. My only complaint is that I wish they had incorporated more yellowish LEDs into these home use solutions. I don't see many houses with ultra white lighting with a bluish cast, so it doesn't blend in well. It might be a good idea to open up one of them and swap out the LEDs for warmer tones.
