Review on 🔪 Precision and Durability: 6" German Steel Stiff-Bladed Boning Knife for Effortless Meat Preparation by Patrick Matin

I've been using this knife for over a month since I bought it from Revain. I also bought an Update International chef's knife and a grinder at the same time. I have used these knives for a variety of jobs and am happy with their performance. The blade of these knives is very good, but does not last as long as professional knives. However, the sharpening steel allows me to keep the blade as thin as a much more expensive knife, even when doing more demanding jobs like cutting premium beef or pork for frozen retail. For the money, Update International knives are a very good investment.
