I used Dollar Tree [Kaboom] Super Oxygen Spray Foam Cleaner I bought this rug in March 2020 and I absolutely love it! and it spills a bit so I've been using a light vaclast for a week, I accidentally knocked over a tray of braised tomatoes on it and I used paper towels to get most of it out, then soaked it in cold water and a white cloth , then blotted it with paper towels, then sprayed it with dollar tree cleaner, used more cold water and even wiped it with a white rag, and finally it removed everything. Took me about 3 hours but it was worth it. My mother always watered the wool with cold water. I turned the ceiling fan on full blast to dry it, then flipped it over the next morning for another drying session. It took me 3 days to fully dry it, but I didn't want to expose it to the hot Arizona sun. So you can clean up. I recommend sitting at the dining table from now on.
