I bought two 13mm versions and found them to be a quality product. Both were straight and symmetrical, with a straight cut, parallel cuts. I don't understand the few reviews that say this is a fragile device. This is glass, of course, but even the smallest ones are significantly thicker than the test tubes we all use for water chemistry. I kept fiddling with mine trying to make the best of it by just using a siphon, no pump. No chips or cracks. But I've asked too much of this tiny thing. You must try a big whistle.
