Got this for a wedding present for my sister. I already have a charcuterie board and use it all the time, especially when we get together with the whole family or at a party. The last time I used it my sister commented how much she loved mine so it definitely should have been thrown in the trash. It is made of high quality bamboo, very strong and durable. This kid will never break. The natural finish is beautiful and well sealed. It looks like it will be easy to clean. It comes with 4 cheese knives and 10 matching cheese forks, which are well designed and durable. At the bottom of the board there is a practical drawer where you can store forks and cheese knives. I like that the drawer can be opened and closed while the board is in use. The one I have doesn't have that ability and it would be really handy to have one. It has a beveled edge that prevents cheese, meat and crackers from slipping out of the pan. It has everything you need and want in a charcuterie and cheese platter. I'm so excited to give this to her!
