These little lights are amazing! They come with magnets on the back for hanging and also include double-sided adhesive applicators if you wish to use them on a non-magnetic surface. My husband thought I was a little crazy when I told him I was going to buy these to set my closet on fire. so I can see my clothes when I open the door. He's not laughing now! I only used one and it worked great! It's been about 6 months and I haven't had to change the batteries at all. I mounted the second under the built-in closet in the arch between the living and dining room, the other on the floor lamp pole at the bottom of the stairs. in the living room.
