Runs small...
I love this collar. We use a small one on our 5 meter pup. She currently weighs 21 pounds and is quickly outgrowing her small weight. I had to increase the size but the medium is a few inches too big for her. Actually, there should be more sizes. I'll have to buy another "intermediate" collar until it fits the medium.
