I'm 5'8, 205-210 lbs, overweight. I wear 34 pants and 34 fits great and can be tightened but not loosened. The stretch panels give my chubby legs and EVS knee pads room like no other pant I've had. I can sit, squat and squat without leaning on anything. The vents work pretty well and the pockets and standby adjustments are also some of the best I've worn. I felt good enough with my purchase to order their ITB version. and fit properly, i think you are in the right place. I've ridden hard in these 3x so far and they've held up and cleaned up well. A small tear on the inside of the lower leg so far next to the skin, i.e. from contact with bicycle parts. It's hard to avoid on my bike, so I don't blame the pants at all. So far very satisfied.
