I'm 5ft 4135lbs and I have a size small. It fits very well and is very stretchy. I was a little nervous as I usually wear a small top and mid length bottoms to accommodate my large hips, but the bodysuit fits really well without being too tight on my hips. I bought orange and the material is a bit see-through, but that's not a problem for me. The material is thicker than I thought it would be and the quality is way better than I expected! Second, other reviews that the body does not provide enough security in the chest area. I'm 32C and can usually go braless with no problem, but I'll definitely wear pasties if I wear this to a rave! Overall super comfortable and good quality. I recommend buying your normal size and possibly going up a size if you have a large bust.
